Code of Ethics

Pozzoli has always been guided by strong values that have defined its course of action, shaped the internal structure, policies and organizational culture. Values that everyone in the company has adopted and that inspire action every day. Since 2000 these are summarized in our Code of Ethics.

Integrated Policy on Quality, Environment, Health and Safety

Our primary objective is to offer a quality product, and we will pursue it through an “Integrated Policy for Quality, Environment and Safety”. The result is a list of certifications, that constantly evolves.

Whistleblowing

Pozzoli S.p.A. has always promoted a transparent work environment and an open dialogue with its stakeholders. Therefore, Pozzoli has opened a digital channel, compliant with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, which allows anyone to report violations of the code of ethics, national or European Union laws.

Anti-Slavery Policy

The Pozzoli Group is committed to respecting and promoting human rights in all its activities, adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of modern slavery. Through supply chain controls, internal training, and reporting systems, it ensures an ethical, transparent environment that complies with international standards.

Sustainable Procurement Policy

The Pozzoli Group promotes a sustainable procurement policy by selecting suppliers who meet environmental, social, and ethical criteria. We prioritize certified materials, low-impact practices, and transparent relationships along the supply chain.

ISCC Policy

Since 2024, the Pozzoli Group has been ISCC certified to ensure the procurement of traceable, sustainable bioplastics that respect environmental criteria throughout the supply chain. Where possible, we offer ISCC-certified solutions, contributing to the
reduction of environmental impact.

Organizational Carbon Footprint

After numerous studies on Product Carbon Footprint, in 2025 the Pozzoli Group conducted its first Organizational Carbon Footprint study (data from 2024 and a comparative analysis for 2022-2024). This initiative confirms the Group’s commitment to the fight against climate change.

Organizational Water Footprint

In addition to the CFO, in 2025 the Pozzoli Group also conducted its first Water Footprint study to measure and understand the impact of water consumption throughout the entire production cycle. This step reflects the Group’s commitment to responsible management of natural resources.

Sustainability Report

Also in 2025, the Pozzoli Group presented its first Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards, as a tool for reporting environmental, social, and economic impacts. This is an initial step towards the publication of a future Sustainability Report and represents the foundation of our ESG journey.
